Excellent check list!

My own experience about dealing with PRH: have your company name translated only if you really need multi-lingual version of the name. A smart & funny translation of the company name will be most likely rejected - it's not the end of the world, but it adds extra two weeks for the process.

Dragst, you're absolutely right, your own passion for what you do is very important. You also need to have a vision where you're going. The vision can and will change over time but you still need to have it.

Good stuff, this is the technical and legal stuff you really need to know.

Remember that your own mindset is even more important when putting up a company; no amount of equity or technical details can save you from yourself if your mindset is not OK! With that, you can even survive from "hard times" and other things which unfortunately are part of the grand game of entrepreneurism :-)

Yes, Peter was great, as always. The whole atmosphere was quite inspirational and it seemed people were having fun time even though the topics were rather serious such as ‘how can we save the country’.

Peter missed one very important fact - unemployment would rise as all those "consultants" would have no pay-check!

But he made up for it though, by throwing down the gauntlet, saying that the Swedish media were more on the ball about start-ups than the Finnish media (many of whom were in the room!) :)

Screenshot looks good, perfect for the mood I've got from all the other material you've talked about. But the font there is something you should maybe reconsider. That looks quite cheap, like a Windows default font or something.
