My own experience about dealing with PRH: have your company name translated only if you really need multi-lingual version of the name. A smart & funny translation of the company name will be most likely rejected - it's not the end of the world, but it adds extra two weeks for the process. Excellent check list!

Remember that your own mindset is even more important when putting up a company; no amount of equity or technical details can save you from yourself if your mindset is not OK!
